It’s time for the 49th Annual Juneteenth Festival! Starting June 1 with the Miss Juneteenth Pageant and then picking up again from June 7-15, the days are packed full of activities to celebrate African and American cultural heritage, unite our diverse community, and connect Racine’s residents with resources and services. This year’s theme is “UJIMA-Stronger Together” with a goal to increase awareness of investing in our youth and healthy communities. Get ready for parades, parties, ceremonies and so much more. Don’t forget about the Sneaker Ball 3.0 on June 14 at Festival Hall! Check out the website City of Racine | Juneteenth Day for a list of complete events.
