Join us for an inspiring evening of community and sustainability at the Eco-Justice Center! The night begins with a lively cocktail hour from 5:30–6:30 p.m., featuring live music, signature cocktails, and delicious appetizers. Guests are invited to explore the gardens, participate in a $1000 sweepstakes, and browse unique items in our silent auction.
At 6:30 p.m., enjoy a thoughtfully prepared three-course dinner by the chefs of Parkside 23, showcasing seasonal, organically grown produce from Eco-J’s gardens.
When registering, please select from the following entrée options:
Stuffed Red Bell Pepper – filled with eggplant, mushrooms, yellow squash, onions, asparagus, zucchini, and tomato sauce
Chardonnay Chicken – seasoned airline breast with Chardonnay cream sauce, gremolata, and microgreens
Salmon – served with citrus beurre blanc, balsamic glaze, and microgreens
